KBIS 2018: The latest trends in kitchen & bath will take Orlando

The city of Orlando is getting ready for the biggest and larger trade event and conference focused exclusively on all aspects of the kitchen and bath market. KBIS, a show that has a legacy of over 5 decades, will open the doors of its 2018 edition from January 9th to 11th at the Orange County Convention Centre, Orlando, Florida, USA.


KBIS, in conjunction with the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) is an inspiring, interactive platform that showcases the latest industry products, trends and technologies. KBIS is the voice of the kitchen and bath industry and has been for more than 50 years.

Taking place alongside the NAHB International Builders’ Show, no other event provides unparalleled Access to the latest products, trends and technologies shaping the broader residential design and construction industry.

In this new edition of the show, KBIS will host more than 600 leading brands in the kitchen and bath industry and at least 100 of them will be new companies to the fair. KBIS is a great opportunity to compare products, test them in person, get answers from the manufacturers and be in contact with the best companies of the industry. This major kitchen and bath trade show is also one of the most effective and cost-efficient strategy for all the companies in the kitchen and bath industry that want to stay current, competitive and profitable.

The best brands with the best products

KBIS offers the opportunity of seeing more than 600 top brands of the kitchen and bath industry during the duration of the show. Two main halls will welcome the latest industry trends in design, products and technology for kitchen and bath.
Visitors will experience innovative stands that will feature the latest products of each company, giving them the opportunity to compare products side by side and get valious information from each company representatives.

Voices of the industry: the opportunity to learn

KBIS will also host conferencer for all the atendees at this year event. The 2018 Voices From the Industry Conference brings together industry-leading presenters who share their knowledge and expertise in the following areas: Growing Your Business, Kitchen & Bath Specialty Training, Design, Management and Customer Service.

The popular Interactive lab sessions will be offered again in 2018 and are designed to engage attendees with a hands-on learning experience.

Special events: industry networking

KBIS will also offer special events during the show where attendees will have opportunity to connect with industry brands and professionals for new projects. KBIS 2018 will start with a Gatsby style opening party featuring Design Competition and Industry Awards.

A special event on the trade show’s Schedule will be Tuesday 9th at 1:30 pm when Cindy Allen, editor in chief of Interior Design, will deliver a compelling keynote to open KBIS. In a wide-ranging address headlined “Pop Goes the Future: Top Trends Bursting onto the K&B Scene,” Allen, one of the most popular interior design influencers, will cover topics of critical interest to the kitchen and bath remodeling industry and key design and business directions likely to have an impact in the year ahead.
It’s sure to be a provocative discussion, full of great trend details and insightful information.

COMPAC will present an innovative stand

COMPAC The Surfaces Company will present at KBIS 2018 a new booth concept to showcase its latest quartz collections: Unique Collection™ and ICE of Genesis by Arik Levy.
The space that COMPAC will exhibit in KBIS has been designed in collaboration with two design studios based in Valencia (Spain) Janfri & Ranchal and GG Architects, and has a terrace, kitchen and bathroom area.


COMPAC wants to show with this booth the possibilities of the material that allow architects and designers to create anything project they imagine. The versatility of the material allows to conceive spectacular design and architecture projects such as the one presented at KBIS 2018, a space that integrates the most important areas of a home conceived with high quality materials.
